I worked at the Fort-Worth plant for 6 months before coming back to Conroe June-November 2024

Running of a steel tubing mill, turning coil slits and forming to the required size tubing shape and size.

following work instructions to get the customers order to closest of +,- .005 of required size using micrometers to measure OD,ID of tubing.

We ran some tubing that required a coating of paint on the OD of tubing that ran through a washer with nozzles to clean any sediments on tubing that would not allow paint to adhere.

There was a acidic soap that would go into hot water tank to help clean tubing.

Ran a diaphragm pump to circulate paint into a box that tubing ran through to get an even coating on, than through UV lights to cure.

Last would be cut to length of work order specification, than sent to specification packaging.

I as the lead operator did all the setups from start to finish while maintaining the run until work order was complete.
