My responsibilities included preparing pulp mixtures, maintaining proper consistency and flow rates, and adjusting equipment settings to ensure products met quality specifications and production requirements.

As a production team lead I would help ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements were met. I lead a team of associates and provided training for them. I assigned task to them to do throughout the shift and help monitor the line to ensure efficient workflow.
