I have built up the case management department over the past 3 years into a very capable department with connections across San Antonio. I have also built up the alumni program for NCTC over the past two plus years. I am the first alumni coordinator the center has had and I truly believe I have a special alumni program. I have instilled the concept of alumni will always be a safe place to come to no matter what. It doesn't matter if you have relapsed, or if you left AMA, or you have stayed sober for years, you have a home with alumni.

I worked in the courtyard/PCY. I assisted our unhoused population with basic needs. Everything from checking in their bags, setting up where they slept, getting basic needs met, to even assisting them with their personal hygiene.
