A skilled, sanitary, seasoned cook both inside and out side the professional kitchen. I developed my culinary skills in the kitchens at perkins family restaurant/bakery in west duluth, and currently I cook at Dovetail cafe in Linkin park.
I have worked for nearly 3 years in the restaurant field and have learned quite a lot from my various experiences while staying a productive member of the team I was/am working with.
Together with my coworkers, we worked to ensure orders are not just completed diligently, but also with pristine quality leading to fulfilling experiences. During periods of high order counts I've been known to keep my cool and carry on regardless while maintaining that my dishes remain both satisfactory and presentable in detail. When I have down time, I have a tendency to clean my work area to maintain hygiene standards and keep my work surface tidy for the next rush of orders. I have no issue catering to customers specific orders whether or not they are listed on the menu. I also am willing to personally cater to any allergy and health requirements a customer may have.
I am a dependable set of hands in the kitchen eager to secure yet another venture to sharpen my skills in any kitchen and contribute to customer and company satisfaction.
