As maintenance director My responsibilities were to prepare for our annual survey, coordinate with Housekeeping on our Disaster manuel. Hold safety meetings and give educations on topics such as Active shooter, Shelter in place, and emergency preparedness. As well as documenting conditions around the building, and monitoring the backup generator. Coordinating with the Administrator on projects to improve our community. Monitoring safety and hazards around the building.
