Project Experience

Insight VR Analytics (SENIOR PROJECT), Kennesaw State University Fall 2023

  • Role: Project Manager/ Documentation/Developer
  • Technology Used: HP Omnicept Reverb G2 VR Headset
  • Frontend: Microsoft Excel, Unity Engine
  • Backend: Visual Studio C#, Unity Engine
  • Tools: GitHub Desktop
  • Tasked with Investigating and analyzing the real time interactions of the VR Headset with the user, then using a created data framework to pipeline access and view the outputs of each sensor.
  • Created a data structure for each sensor (i.e. Pupillometry, heart rate, lower face recognition) to store data.
  • Utilizing Unity and Visual Studio to code sorting algorithms that will sort the data into their respective lists.
  • The goal of this project was to implement a plug and run algorithm to automatically collect user data and provide a more digestible visual output to said data in Microsoft Excel sheets.

Word 2 Vec Design Project, Kennesaw State University Fall 2023

  • Role: Developer
  • Backend: PyCharm

  • Tasked with taking a file of 20 news articles and building a word2vec model.
  • Utilized PyCharm to code our own training model, find the total vocab size, test pairs with their corresponding similarity scores, find the outlier and top words, and create a graph of word frequency with word vector norm.
  • The goal of this project was to gather experience with word2vec models and learn how to evaluate large vocab pools.

TCP Socket Programming Project, Kennesaw State University

Spring 2023

  • Role: Developer
  • Backend: PyCharm
  • Tasked with collaboration within team of three students to develop a client-socket program between three devices on the same network without the use of APIs
  • Utilized PyCharm to establish one device as a server and use two separate devices as clients communicating through the established server.
  • The goal of this project was to exchange various information like data, audio, visual/video, and text files to determine the speed of transfer between the two connected devices on the network.

Emory College Hospital Database Design Project, Kennesaw State University Fall 2021

  • Role: Developer
  • Backend: Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server
  • Tasked with collaborating in a team of four students to implement a given expired data bank that held test patient information like DOB, gender, past medical history, etc.
  • Utilized SQL and Microsoft SQL Server software to create entity-relationship paths to organize data in framework requirements.
  • The goal of this project was to get a better understanding of entity-relationship paths and test this against a data pool of 1000 patients.
