Belcourt Property Renovation

10/2016 - 12/2017

-Complete repaint 480 units over 30 buildings.

-Demo old roof and add new Architectural to 30 buildings this includes installing

new flashing drip edge and vapor barriers .

-Demo all siding and Trim, repair all water damaged framing, and apply house

wrap. Replace with new Hardie siding and trim.

-Reseal floors of 480 wood decks.

-Replace all chimney caps, drip edge, and flashing with custom metal on all

buildings.

-Replace all gutters and downspouts on all 30 buildings.

-Fitness center and parking expansion at the Clubhouse.

-Replace metal Handrails at decks of 480 units and all breezeways.

-Replace all exterior lighting across the property including sconce lights and flood

lights.

Removal of Lead paint/ metal decks across the property, and replaced with

pressure treated wood and stained.

Porterdale Mill Lofts

02/2018 - 05/2018

-Completed Tuck-point on 100 year old Mill turned into Lofts.

-Replace all broken bricks along the exterior of the building and fill all voids to

seal the building.

- erected scaffolding along the front of the building and swing stage scaffolding

was used along the rear due to the back of the building connecting to a river with

no ground access.

Terraces At Fieldstone

01/2017 - 09/2017

-Complete Paint on all 20 buildings over 250 units.

-Clubhouse remodel included full interior and exterior repaint. The walls in the

-The Sauna at the fitness center was demoed framing was expanded and turned

into a package room.

- New windows and Storefront doors through the whole clubhouse.
