• Using the CMMS system hand out work orders to the construction techs. Supervise and oversee all work performed on wheelbrator and shakeout systems. Make sure welders are apply proper weld process according to material and thickness. Hand out PM's to all techs throughout the day. Inspect work area for fire hazards and write all hot work permits to employees as well as any contractor the uses welding methods.Fill out all JSA's and or JHA's.

• Weld Stainless Barrel Tanks Fabricated from raw stainless material using .045 316L wire and tig process using 308 3/32 and 1/8 wire. Was promoted to weld trainer for all new hires on the main production lines.

• Use Blueprint and Drawings to Fabricate and Build flyash,Solvent,scrubing tank systems out carbon and or stainless steel using .045-1/16 carbon and stainless 308,flux core wire.all tanks are built on 360 turn table and rolling systems.

• Weld Chill Water piping Sch 40 to Sch 80 ranging from 2in to 120in diameter using 6010 root and hot pass 7018 fill and cap, Also weld slip flanges and O lets.

• Weld cable tray and conduit structural supports inside the API1000 Nuclear Reactor Using 7018 3/32 and 1/8 welding rod also fabricated missing supports thru welding engineers and Q.C Drawings and specs.
• To all hold points as instructed and document any work done in the reactor.
• Follow all rules and instructions of lock out tag out when systems were under start up and testing.

• Weld Chill Water piping Sch 40 to Sch 80 ranging from 2in to 120in diameter using 6010 root and hot pass 7018 fill and cap, Also weld slip flanges and O lets.

• Teach students the fundamentals of arc welding using SMAW,GTAW,GMAW,FCAW,MCAW Instruction on set up oxyfuel metal cutting equipment also plasma arc cutting equipment.

• Lock out tag out system was imminent to do all work done was on live boiler systems.
• Repairs were mad when allotted time was given.
• All locks had to be removed only by the signee on the LOTO documents.

• Dis-assembled air pre-heaters, repaired cracks in the internal air pre-heater housings by weld and fabrication then re-installed baskets.
• Weld using 7018 1/8.3/32 6018 3/32 6010 3/32 C309 stainless stick rods, .045 flux cored.
• All work done on live system so LOTO procedure was implemented.

• Dis-assembled furnace burners, rebuilt and repaired by grinding and welding pits on burner housings then re-installed burners.
• Weld using 7018 1/8.3/32 6010 3/32 C309 stainless stick rods, .045 flux core.
• Power Plant shut down was a live system so LOTO protocol was in effect.

• Pre-fab water walls assembled.
• Weld using stick process 7018 1/8.
• Assemble coal hoppers seal weld using .045 flux core process.

• Supervise tube and structural welders.
