- At In-N-Out, as a Level 1 Associate, I had to undertake a lot of customer service and operational responsibilities. I would take orders from customers, ensuring the highest degree of accuracy, efficiency, and an overall friendly experience for the customer. As a host, I interacted with customers by seating them, cleaning up, or bringing them their food. I also kept the dining room well placed and maintained for a clean and inviting environment. I also called out orders, which served to notify customers that their food was ready, and prepared several drinks at a time, both for the dining room and drive-through, for service on time.
- I was also an employee at Rockin' Jump, where I had two important jobs: Jump Patrol and Party Host.
As a Jump Patrol, my role was to control the trampoline areas so that kids could be in control because safety rules may result in injuries. I actively supervised the space, ensuring a fun, but safe environment for all participants.
As a party host, I coordinated children's parties from beginning to end. I prepped the party room before guests arrived, greeted the parents and guests, and handled all the decorations and presents. I called the parents to confirm if everything regarding the party was to their liking. Once the party commenced, I provided pizza, drinks, and other items brought by either the guests or parents. I also managed cake cutting and the provision of sweets. Finally, after the party, I cleaned the room and helped parents carry gifts out to their cars.
Besides hosting parties, I also worked in the café, preparing pizzas and other food items for party guests and regular customers by maintaining proper handling and quality of the food.
