· Currently maintained repair automated conveying system. Replace and repair belting.

· Troubleshoot electrical system involving 480v motors, 24v sensors.

· Create daily work orders, checking out and ordering parts.

· Troubleshooting of machinery electrical (24vac and dc 120v to 480vac) pneumatic and mechanic.

· Repair pumps, gear reducer, bearing, blower, conveyors, spray guns, product elevators, dc and ac motors, troubleshooting, VFD drivers, servo motors, barcode scanners, printers (Imag5200 wax printer, 9450 printer, printer, 2200 labeler, Domino printer, Keyence printer, Video jet printer and data flex), WCB, Hoyer and Crepaco freezers, and electronical heaters. Allen Bradley and Siemen’s automation system, forklift certification, LOTO and arc flash certified.

I have been involved with many projects here at Nestle such as: Standardized work, Center lining, Abnormality Identification, ECRS (Eliminate Combine Reduce and Simplify). Theory

· Maintain aircraft in readiness. Verify with all other maintenance departments that all technical issues have been completed. Conduct communication and preflight pilot prior to take off. Trained in safety awareness of all equipment, responsibilities to others and myself. Firefighting training on shipboard fires and aircraft fires.

· Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems include navigation, instrumentation, fuel, emergency and lighting systems.

· Law enforcement duties including security patrol, access and entry operations, antiterrorism, criminal intervention and preventions, armory and dispatch and first aid assistance.
