• Assisted in patient assessments and monitored vital signs to ensure safety and comfort.
• Collaborated with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administered medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to protocols for accuracy.
• Educated patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies.

Visit/assess patient, perform daily or twice a day diabetic visits

Recognize signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia

Educate patient, family, and caregivers on signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia and appropriate responses.
