- Daily coordination of youth in executing the plan of the day in accordance with program, DCF, DYS, DMH, DEEC, and ECHS policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Action and Crisis Prevention Plans.
- Actively monitor and participate in community service, recreation, visits, family time and other off ground activities.
- Monitor and report on program culture. Report serious incidents to on-site supervisor or on-call administrator
- Serve as an active member of the assigned youths' Treatment Team. Attend meetings as scheduled.
- . Maintain certification and or current training in Medication Administration according to program policy. Adhere to all Medication Policies.
- Obtain and maintain current certifications in CPR, First Aid, CPI, Suicide Prevention, and all other required training. Ensure that all certificates are current and provide required documentation to the Agency.
- Ensure the youths are free from neglect and abuse. Report all concerns/ suspicions of abuse/neglect to the supervisor and the Department of Children and Families.
