I am a passionate pre-med biology student at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, dedicated to excellence in both academics and service. Guided by unwavering faith and a 4.0 GPA, I am committed to becoming a physician, either an OB-GYN focused on maternal care or a pediatrician serving children with special needs. My mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate healthcare to underserved communities. My journey has been shaped not only by rigorous coursework but also by real-world experiences, including six months of caring for my friend’s infant daughter. That experience deepened my understanding of early childhood development and strengthened my commitment to women’s and children's health. I also have a growing passion for mental health care, recognizing its critical connection to physical well-being, especially in marginalized populations. What sets me apart is my tenacity, compassion, and deep sense of purpose. I approach every challenge with a heart to serve and a mindset to grow. Whether through clinical exposure, academic research, or hands-on caregiving, I am building a foundation to become a physician who listens, uplifts, and advocates for those often overlooked in the healthcare system. I am eager to contribute my drive, experience, and vision to an organization, institution, or opportunity that values equity, excellence, and meaningful impact in healthcare.
