In the loan department my job was to book the loans and thoroughly check for errors of co-workers loans as well. Before loans are processed everything had to be Perfect so attention to small print detail was a must! Everything in this department was digital as far as files, so I was also in charge of scanning everything in. I receive and processed wires for loan payments, I did AFR tracking on loans to make sure customers are up to date on flood and hazard insurance. I talked directly to customers about their payments as well as perform maintenance when loans needed to be edited as far as placing flags in the maintenance system. I also did all the release of liens with the approval from the president. I worked closely with county clerks and title companies. I also would prepare all payoff request for the title company when customers were ready to close on their property.

Mastered working with customers meeting all the needs for hair needs and emotional needs. Hair needs consisted of coloring, cutting, beaded weft extension and more. I loved working with he people most of all. Other skills I developed were bookkeeping, inventory, tax records, keeping a running schedule and time management was everything.

Vital signs, bathing, providing meals, providing clean bed pans, answering patients calls, providing clean linens.

Took estimates on vehicles and worked closely with insurance companies, to receive the money to fix damaged vehicles, as well as put in the work order after parts were in to fix the vehicles. I assisted with payroll, answering phones, keeping up tax records.
