Created and implemented quality curricula for all school aged children in after-school programs, and ensured students' learning experiences were exciting and engaging. Over 100 youths a week participated in literacy classes and activities year round.

• Offered parent university classes in literacy 4 times a year.

• Managed 4-H youth educational program with an enrollment of 700 traditional 4-H members and an additional 500 children taught in school and after-school programs
• Guided over 30 adult and teen leaders yearly through workshops that included Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse, ages and stages, and livestock ethics.
• Implemented a youth advisory board for the county livestock show and county fair events.
• Strength in livestock education, public speaking, employment education, team building, and cooperative activities.
