I have often ventured out of my comfort zone and covered for my supervisor when he was out; while doing so I was given the opportunity to learn how to fill out JSA’s appropriately as well as manage our crew. I feel very confident in leading people to do their jobs the safe and correct way. I am looking to expand my career and am eager to learn new skills.
