Even at a young age, I’ve always been good at noticing a problem and figuring out the best way to solve it. The military has taught me to think about the pros and cons of different ways to solve a problem, as well as the ins and outs of Aircraft. Being one of 5 Supervisors chosen to launch Trego Dugan Aviation Cargo in Wichita, I’ve been able to develop my leadership skills, as well as expand my aviation knowledge past Aircraft Maintenance. B & B Airparts has introduced me to the the creation process of Aircraft parts, while Spirit Aerosystems has help me to harness those skills and expand my knowledge.
