Daria Batzner

I have over a decade of experience learning and performing dance with a variety of pre-professional communities. I love dance because it allows me to portray stories, personalities, and the humanity of different subjects through movement.

I have been fortunate to collaborate with other students as well as my instructors in choreographing dances for myself and others to perform. Each time I choreograph a dance I gain new insights to my own expression and have so many more ideas that grow from each dance.

I have done many things to bring dance to the wider community, including bringing performances to local schools and assisting with teaching dance and I am dedicated to sharing my experience in dance to encourage younger students to begin their own journey.
