- With AT&T I started out as a regular cust service representative. And in that role i learned tactics to be able to help my customer to the best of my ability and come up with multiple ways to resolve my customers issues. I also had monthly goals for sales i would exceed in that inalso had to find benefits for customer to start phone and internet service with us . It was great because our cutomers did not call in to buy anything but alot of the time id be able to have them leave the call happy and with a new service from us. When i became a supervisor i was in charge of heloing other representative with issues they needed help resolving as well as helping them build good sales tactics to get more lines of service sold. I was able to bring my team top 2 in our center and there were 10 teams and we were also top 3 under our director which was out of 23 teams.
