Provided line support in servicing MH-60 aircraft, performing of the following tasks, directs incoming and outgoing aircraft to parking. Assist pilot's maneuvering of the aircraft on ground, using hand or light signals and performed pre-flight, daily, turnaround, and post-flight maintenance inspections. Update maintenance records for description of the work performed, and services engines and aircraft components at line station making repairs, short of overhaul required keeping aircraft in safe operating condition. Provided support by repairs to aircraft, assists in troubleshooting malfunctions in aircraft structure, landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, anti-icing, pneudraulic, engines, auxiliary power unit, and ventilation and heating systems.

Performs maintenance, testing, inspections and weapons loading and downloading of the F/A-18. Assist the Avionics work center in the performance of weapons release and control checks. Perform low power/APU startups to test hydraulic systems and assist in wire reading and technical diagrams. Troubleshoot and repair armament systems and arm, launch, recover and de-arm aircraft. Support on-the-job training and cross training of KAF personnel.

Adequate knowledge of equipment related to individual specialty codes, military publications, COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790, NAVAIRINST 3710, drawings, blueprints, microfilm, diagrams and schematics. Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Capability of properly inspecting mechanics work for accuracy and conformity to aviation standards. Researched specifications for all UAV aircraft assigned to unit to ensure final quality. Conducted inspections of surface preparation coatings applied to UAV structures, including primer, mid-coat, top-coat and powder coatings.

Provides support in maintenance and publications for RQ-21, RQ-26, and MQ-8 Firescout aircraft. Knowledge of 4790, drawings,blueprints,diagrams and schematics. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Knowledge of company forms and documents. Operates support equipment, including flightline vehicles as needed. Applies technical knowledge of airframe and powerplant systems in determining equipment malfunctions.
