As a Sales Representative/Field marketer, our role was to thoroughly learn the services and products of our company and their benefits. With our product knowledge, we could provide clear information to potential customers about our products and the benefits they could receive. Presentations were done through direct contact, cold calling, or following up from previous conversations.

As a Sales Representative/Field marketer, our role was to thoroughly learn the services and products of our company and their benefits. With our product knowledge, we could provide clear information to potential customers about our products and the benefits they could receive. Presentations were done through direct contact, cold calling, or following up from previous conversations.

As a Warehouse associate/Perishable selector for ADUSA, our role was to prepare stacked and saran wrapped products and goods, to ship to local Food lion stores. These orders were completed by operating pallet jacks and forklifts through out the warehouse. Every selector was expected to complete and prepare these orders within a specific time limit to maintain a standard production percentage every week.

As a team trainer, our role was to prepare and serve orders for customers with urgency and quality customer service. When there were no customers to serve, team member were to clean, organize and keep up with maintenance of the kitchen as well as restock inventory. Team trainers were expected to assist and be a substitute for management in their absence by leading by example, training employees, enforcing standards and rules, and being knowledgable in all tasks on the floor.
