Darius Squiemphen

I am an avid outdoorsman. I hunt, fish, and spend a majority of my time in the outdoors. I am familiar with the geography of the Warm Springs Reservation. I am physically able to work outdoors in any weather conditions and am reliable. I am responsible, take direction well, and am mature. I built these traits by working closely with my father on hunting, fishing, cutting firewood, and home maintenance. I play football, wrestling, and track My family consists of three sisters, my Mother, Father, and I am the oldest son. My long term goal is to build my knowledge and leadership skills to become a wildland fire fighter.

I have learned how to bait a hook and line. I passed a gun and hunting safety course. I learned to recognize different types of trees for wood cutting. I follow the seasons of food gathering (salmon, elk, deer, antelope). I can operate a weed eater, lawn mower, and chain saw.
