Match manifest to on-board count, Announce arrivals and departures as necessary.

Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary, Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports.

Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers

Providing customer service to all pilots and passengers.

Marshalling all aircraft in and out of the ramp area.

Securing all aircraft.

GPU and Lavatory services; including disposal of lavatory contents. Service all GSE (Ground Service Equipment) with running fuels, oil and general maintenance of all GSE.

• Demonstrated high attention to detail, organization and management of multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Customer Service duties, including but not limited to, answering phones and radios, Point of Sale systems, rental car, hotel and catering reservations.
