Assist with treatment ordered by provider and perform select clinical duties. Interview patients, measure vital signs and record information in patients EMR. Prepare treatment rooms for examination of patient. Perform basic clerical duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, refilling medications and providing test results and accurately documenting information.

• Sanitize, restock and organize exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Provide compassionate care for patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

• Triage incoming calls and schedule appointments
• Intake patients and communicate appropriate information to providers
• Draw patient labs and input information into LabCorp system
• Maintain quality controls for equipment

• Triage incoming calls on multi line phone
• Address patient needs and forward information to appropriate provider
• Reconcile and follow up on after hour calls
• Maintain controlled prescriptions until retrieved by patient

• Assist patients with obtaining medication who do not have insurance or limited insurance
• Data entry and documentation of processes, verification of orders
• Continue education of changes with pharmaceutical company process and availability of medication

• Check patients in for scheduled appointment with provider
• Schedule appointments and maintain and update patient record
• Operate multiline telephone, transfer calls and provide information

• Prepare and maintain records of clients progress and report changes in abilities to supervisor
• Perform duties such as cooking, cleaning and running errands
• Transport clients to outside locations such as physician appointments or on outings using motor vehicle

• Answer intercom to determine patient needs
• Record vital signs and input and output amounts and report dramatic changes to nursing staff
