The company was family owned and operated. We went to clients homes to pick up blinds, take them to our shop to clean them Ultrasonically. Once the blinds are cleaned, they were returned to the clients homes. We also provided a drop off service, which saved the customer 10% off of each blind. I developed a marketing plan that would drive our company profits up by 17% over a two-year period. Our goal was to provide outstanding customer service, as well as, educate them on the Ultrasonic blind cleaning process. I attended all of the trade shows to give each prospective clients a personal view of our Ultrasonic Blind cleaning machine and the way it cleaned their blinds. We delivered an exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns and answering questions. Made all of the discussion with employees, vendors used, budget and prepared all of the job descriptions for all of the positions in our company. Our last year in business, our sales were at $600,000, with a client base of 2,000. Our company was sold due to a family ill.
