  • Clearly communicates in writing and verbally with Branch Chiefs and Directors of AMS and FNS on system issues/enhancements, establishing new policies, or requesting approvals to move forward with new projects.
  • Works with PMO in analyzing, planning and delivery of Technical Management (e.g. Governance) functions/processes including Change Management, Release Management, Test Management, as well as Continuous Improvement activities and utilization of applicable tools.
  • Established and leads meetings on office hours with internal users to help support system issues, ideas for enhancements, processes, or policy.
  • Cross-trained newer members of the team to develop their professional skills in training and enhance their understanding of the system application.
  • Demonstrated best practices of defect testing to ensure technical aspects of WBSCM are properly tested to sufficiently support procurement and supply chain needs.
