• Serves as Acting Branch during absence of current Branch Chiefs for Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) Improvement Branch and WBSCM Operations Branch. As Acting Branch Chief approves Fire Fighter ID’s, attends Manager meetings, and provides approval for WBSCM related work and projects to move forward. Ensures the Team delivers excellent customer service through our dedicated WBSCM Help Desk along with monitoring continued maintenance needs of WBSCM.
