I currently oversee four employees. Giving directives, guidance and conducting weekly meetings.
My job duties include but are not limited to the following:
* I work heavily with Excel, creating daily reports and updating spreadsheets.
* Placing orders for vehicles with the manufacturer, ensuring the correct model, color, trim, and options are ordered correctly.
* Provide excellent customer service to the Federal Government over the phone and through email.
* All inquiries made by the Federal Government about their purchased vehicles, come to me for answers, resolutions and anything needing investigated.
*Coordinate vehicles to be transported across the states to the customer.
* fill out and in some cases Notarizing the vehicles Certificate of Origin turning over ownership to the customer. Notarizing any other documents as needed by the company.
My main duties were to reconcile daily the sales and service departments received payments for the previous day of three different dealerships.
* Counted and deposited large amount of cash. Filing forms 8300 to the IRS for any cash payment received over $10,000.
* Ensured all money (cash, credit cards and checks) matched and was accounted for with what was taken in for the previous days work.
* Cleared out accounts receivable and deposited checks electronically to the bank of seven different dealerships ensuring the accuracy of the deposits for each dealerships account number.
* Reviewed paperwork for trade ins and purchased used vehicles from the auctions for accuracy, and that all documents were signed and received.
* Paid off any outstanding loans on the trade in vehicles.
* Filed new and used car deals along with account payables and receivables.
