• Team drafted several workflow solution ideas, using Microsoft 365 Power Apps to construct automation tasks, and wrote summaries on ways to implement them into the workplace as a way to solve relevant issues that clients deal with every day.
• Building workflows utilizing Microsoft 365 suite of robust apps, creating new connectors and building automation of tasks using several apps, efficiencies were implemented and showcased to the firm's senior leadership.

• Services included developing briefs for program management, detailed data collection, surveys, metrics, analysis, 10-week cycles of communications with all Cloud vendors, Cloud governance and policy implementation, configuration management, and ServiceNow database management with SysAdmin privilege on several vendor sites

• Assessed future needs by normalizing procedures via Requirements Refinement Analysis (RRA) to best train operators and maintainers to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair/replace equipment

• Negotiated with DON stakeholders during Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) to ensure project deadlines were met by monitoring level of effort and increasing the number of SMEs for various durations and ensuring highly technical content was created and approved for IT “A” and “C” schools
• Curriculum development included full course modules for CBSP, ISNS, ADNS, CENTRIX, Shore Unique, Joint High-Speed Vessel, etc.
