Bhello City Foods Pvt Ltd is a company in Harare, Zimbabwe. It is a company that began as Startup- but has rapidly grown despite the ambiguity of the economic environment . I have had the opportunity to witness the fast growth of the organization in the hospitality sector .

My recent role includes :

• Crafting strategic plans that are in line with the short and long term objectives of the organization
• Designing organization systems that are efficient in the volatile environment as well as systems that ensure growth in a highly competitive and fast growing fast food market.
• Overseeing the training needs of employees and adjustment to the company culture
• Analyzing quantitative and qualitative indicators in the external environment of the organization for informed decision-making in product development, customer experience and problem solving.
• Building relationships with external stakeholders ( suppliers, government authorities, community groups) for mutual partnerships

This role was during my industrial attachment as was required for my bachelor's degree. In this role I managed to :

• Design an effective Marketing strategy for a low performing branch
• Manage different marketing plans for different branches which have different target markets
• Assist with in person marketing to existing customers to introduce them to our other branches and products

In this role, I :

• Developed coaching programs for underperforming employees to enhance productivity.
• Designed a change management approach system to facilitate smooth transitions for employees when a major unanticipated development occurs in the organization or when employees change roles.
• Promoted open communication channels to address employee concerns.
• Streamlined interview processes to reduce time-to-hire.
