Develop relationships with clients, and identify opportunities to help meet their financial needs. Open and preform maintenance on Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, Trust, Estate and IRA accounts. Refer clients to other service channels such as Mortgage, Investment or Treasury Management based on client’s needs. Process a variety of customer transactions accurately and efficiently such as cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, transfers and issuing monetary instruments. Act as cash vault custodian, responsible for balancing cash vault and maintaining cash recycler, prepare incoming and outgoing cash shipments, maintain branch cash supply and process cash orders based on branch needs.
