Distribution to stop loss Carriers of all Case Management Monthly reports via email.
Pull all data and put together a Disclosure Packet to be saved on shared drive. All Disclosure packets were due within 24 hours after received.
Throughout the day - review the Reinsurance Mail Box and move emails received to the appropriate Reinsurance Specialist.
Distribution of Monthly Reports on or before the 15th of each month to Brokers, Carriers, and some Special Handlings via email.
