I am an expert in the Document Processing Unit with well over 20 years of experience with 15 of them being in a leadership role. I have coordinated workflow and staffing to consistently maintain high production levels. I have advanced Filenet and Datacap skills. I was also part of the implementation and training of the CARS program as a subject matter expert and was recently the subject matter expert on the Core 21 upgrade for CARS. At one point I have been the lead trainer on most of the jobs within the Document processing unit.
