Ensures that e-coat production and related operations ran efficiently and that equipment/processes were properly maintained. Guarantees complete orders are being ran whenever possible.

Ensures all production schedules were being followed. Aids, directs, and motivates all hourly personnel in their respective areas.

Assesses training needs and support employees in their area of responsibility.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing customers and organizations standards.

Provides effective, progressive discipline, and completes documentation concerning accidents/incidents.

Enforces company rules and procedures while providing a safe working environment by imposing safety policies and procedures (i.e. PPE Safety, Hi-Lo Safety). Reports daily attendance and payroll adjustments for hourly employees to Human Resources. Supervises a team of 45 to 50 production employees.
