• Worked alongside Site Superintendents, Foreman and selected Man Power to accomplish Project goals and Safety goals and assessments.
• Responsible for Foreman development Management, Planing, Scheduling and Inspection assistance to meet project Expectations and Deadlines.
• Responsibilities included but not limited to Crew management, Disciplinary, Foreman meetings, Dailey Time recording, Site reviews and close out project documents.
• Schedules, plans, supervises, and performs all phases of installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems and service work in new or remodeled facilities.
• Knowledge of Labor units/Production units and set attainable goals for crew.
• Track production of crew members to make sure minimum daily installation units are achieved.
• Understand specifications and complete Spec aid with Project manager, distribute and make sure crew Foreman properly informed.
• Maintain Accurate Record/Progress Drawings in accordance with MMC standards.
• Use 3/5-week planner to outline plan for crew labor, tools and material and expect same from each crew Foreman.
