I started as a warehouse loader, very quickly moved to inside sales and front desk office assistant. My dedication, never quit attitude, along with other skills and personal attributes quickly pushed me into a corporate management position to assist with a buy out. With 4 locations in Texas and 1 in Louisiana, all with unallocated expenses, inventory issues, and even petty theft to clear up before the initial buy out review. I reviewed and accounted for AR/AP discrepancies, introduced new SOPs to maintain acceptable accountability. I also modernized the company systems to allow for proper real time monitoring for the flagship corporate location in Dallas, Tx. The buy out did happen. The buyers chose to keep the product lines and move inventory and personnel to their existing locations in close proximity. As my efforts were recognized part of the deal was that I stayed on with them for 6 months minimum to ensure swift and smooth transition of employees, inventory, and most importantly the customer base.
