  • Recruited to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract software engineers, product designers, and product managers. With crossover recruiting for "Go to Market", sales, and operations/ HR.
  • Practitioner of full life cycle recruitment.
  • Individually scaled Software Engineering from 17 engineers in July 2021 to 86 engineers in Dec 2021. (including 4 principal engineers, 4 tech leads, and 9 staff engineers. The remaining being mostly senior SWE's.

Previously both where facing severe manning shortages, the federal government had issued a notice to cure the shortages in 120 days.
  • Streamlined the recruiting process, reducing time to fill to an average of 14-20 days. (average time to fill previously was 4+ months).
