As an LT3, part of my daily tasks to do is the material staging, posting of all the parts produced during my shift. I also plan the rounds, and how to build the oven with proper mold quantity for efficient workflow. As an LT3, if there is a material change or an NCO (adjustments to curative), I perform that task on shift. I also direct my team for the tasks that are expected during the workday which include:

• Direction to help minimize downtime, to ensure that the product is delivered in a timely manner.
• Direct my team for startup/shutdown checklists.
• Ensure that proper lubing processes are followed.
• I communicate with off-shift personnel about any adjustments to material staging or mold changes that will take place.
• As an LT3, I am also well-versed in multi-line operations such as A3, B3, B1, B11, and B10.

• Operated robotic in baring process . And I helped set up jobs for the other operators and did the posting and organizing the incoming jobs and the outgoing jobs.
• Assisted in training new operators on equipment handling procedures.
