Prepare operating room, instruments and medication's for surgery procedures/ Prep the patient for surgery/ Surgically assist the surgeon when performing breast biopsies, needle localizations and other minor procedures. Perform duties as a circulating nurse during minor surgeries in the operating room. Complete hospital rounds as an Enterostomal Technician. Educate patient on ostomy surgeries and daily living with Stomas. Mark patients for stoma placement and provide postoperative care. Handled on call after hours for emergency situations.
