Summary

My purpose as an educator is to create a comfortable, competitive, and challenging atmosphere that will foster higher order thinking in our young scholars. As I grow into leadership, I find that scholars need to be able to find their own voice to be able take ownership in their learning. In addition, teaching in an urban area has taught me that we must create meaningful opportunities for students so they can be motivated to be great.
