Diagnosed customers electronics like desktops, laptops, and phones, by listening to the customers issues that they are having with these devices. I also repaired and replaced hardware components of each of these devices such as motherboards, HDD, ram, CPUs, GPUs, and more. As hardware was a common issues so was software most of my day consisted of repairing corrupt windows, updating drivers, and removing viruses.
