Diagnosed customers electronics like desktops, laptops, and phones, by listening to the customers issues that they are having with these devices. I also repaired and replaced hardware components of each of these devices such as motherboards, HDD, ram, CPUs, GPUs, and more. As hardware was a common issues so was software most of my day consisted of repairing corrupt windows, updating drivers, and removing viruses. While repairing these devices I documented repair steps and the parts I used to be informal to the customer and to also help manage inventory. During this process I maintained a organized environment to ensure a safe workplace and turnaround time on customers devices.
