Introduced a new infection control program to the Ophthalmology clinic to ensure compliance with national standards and inspection guidelines. Updated Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and trained staff on the process. Became the subject matter expert on this level of disinfection and trained many other clinic’s staff on procedures before inspections.
  • Developed and implemented customer side supply and inventory standards and processes to ensure products were delivered in a timely manner and ensured proper cancellation tracking. This resulted in zero oversights on cancelled or delayed products and ensured continuity of care and access to care according to Defense Health Agency (DHA) standards.
