Started out on wing jigs building wings for the AT402, 502,602,and 802 models for 1.5 years. Next moved to building up wing components, ribs, and leading edges for all models also for 4 years. Then I moved to main spar jigs where I built up main spars, and rear spars for all models of aircraft also half spars for replacements 4 years. Moved to final assembly in building 1 for 1.5 years where I installed the fuel system, controls, hoses, cables, steps, heater, AC evaporator box, and vertical and horizontal tail sections for the AT402, 502, and 602 models. Also worked for 1.5 years on the AT802, and 802A models line in building 2 where I installed fuel system and hoses, engine controls, cockpit controls, AC evaporator box, heater, light relays, flap relays, and lower panel. For the past 3 years I have worked in the quality department doing the company level inspections for AT402, 502, 504, 602, and 802 models, I have also done inspections in the machine shop, sub assembly, fab shop, weld shop, wings, and control surfaces.
