-I learned how to do pasta cooking and appetizer work here, as well as spending a significant amount of time leading the line.

• I learned a lot of culinary technique here, im a quick learner, I learned a majority of my knife skill here, as well as learning how to properly saute, grill, and fry foods en masse
• I learned how to quickly and properly expo food in a timely manner, something I struggled with at previous jobs
• I overall grew as a cook, I think this was the most experience I have gained in the restaurant industry in my time working in kitchens

• Worked solo on a pizza line for the first time, sometimes for entire 8 hour shifts
• Learned how to make recipes that weren't just prep&pan items
• Advanced some of my culinary abilities here as well
• I worked shifts across the street from Footprint Center in downtown, during playoff season, which gave me a lot of high volume oven experience

• This was the first place where I worked with hand made pizza
• I learned how to properly stretch dough, as well as prep it
• I also learned more on how to cook with fryers here
• I also worked on short order slice making, as well as expo, on high volume nights, as we shared an address with 'The Van Buren' music hall
• I also learned POS and Serving at this store, although I did pizza much more frequently

• I learned how to do retail cashier work, such as stocking shelves, fulfilling orders etc
• I worked with Sysco foods for all of our orders and helped schedule and put away delivery orders
• Became well versed in properly storing shelf life food items, and proper food storing techniques based on Sysco's recommendations
• I also learned customer service here, or at least I managed it much more often

• Began working fryers regularly as well as flat top grills
• Minorly worked in POS, but mainly was a prep cook
• I learned more prep, as well as recipe making here

• This was my first job in pizza, as well as in prep work
• I learned all stations to a tee, and also became well versed in prep with this job
• I worked at 4 locations in total, primarily (90%) of that resided at MOD Pizza Chains; Midtown, Tempe Marketplace, Metrocenter, and 44th St
• This was my first job working in food service for more than 2 months, and it was what started my journey in culinary, and pizza work

• I collected carts, as well as managed cleaning of the store, and bagged groceries for customers
