- My primary responsibility was the installation and setup of both wired and wireless networks, including modems, routers, switches, and firewalls for business clients
- I was one of a select few technicians who set up VoIP phones and was also part of the service team that made repairs when any of these services went down
- I assisted other technicians on the residential side of the company when things were slow and was responsible for helping to train new technicians as they came on board
- Other responsibilities included participating in the on-call rotation once every 12 weeks to be available for after-hours repairs and providing daily customer service by interacting with and instructing clients on the products installed
- I maintained great punctuality and attendance in my daily responsibilities, working with hand tools and laptops, and drove a company vehicle for 28 years with a perfect driving record
- I left the company after 28 years because of downsizing and was offered early retirement
