As part of the maintenance staff, I regularly assembled desktop computers, replaced CAT6 cables, and handled networking hardware such as modems, routers, and switches to meet customer needs and maintenance demands. I routinely troubleshot, installed, and maintained hotel phone hardware (both landline and VoIP phones), terminated cables, tested signal strength, and programmed extensions.
I adjusted the wireless music schedule by season using remote devices, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and replacing hardware such as amplifiers, speakers, and network music streaming devices. I also troubleshot analog cable TV systems, replacing damaged coaxial cables, and adding or removing amplifiers and signal splitters as needed.
