When contracted out by Dawson to serve as the Reston Dock master, they didn't anyone managing delivery vehicles coming in and out of Reston 1, 2 and 3 ensuring that customer were aware of merchandise coming in was properly storage, palletized and secured for pick up with proper documentation.
