• Developed and implemented a Google Classroom LMS-compatible writing prompt rubric for the subject team, which promoted accuracy, uniformity of student writing evaluations, and efficient reviews of student work data, resulting in significant time savings.
• Implemented a 'grows and glows section' in the weekly team meeting agenda to foster continuous improvement in course planning and instruction.
• Collaboratively developed common assessments aligned with learning objectives to measure students' mastery of standards.

Additionally, taught AP chemistry and honors chemistry to accelerated 10th graders, developed a pacing calendar to support concurrent coverage of College Board Standards and Gwinnett County Academic Standards.
