Applied Capturing Kids hearts and Ruby Payne training to encompass student participation in development of class rules. Built quality relationships with students and athletes, encouraging educational achievement and post-secondary school attendance.

• Head Girls basketball coach to over 40 players. Managed, Trained, and supported assistant coaches, trainers, managers, and players for Varsity, JV and Developmental teams in building.
• Boys track team was very successful, over 100 athletes on team, won 90% of all entered meets.
• Head High School Cross Country coach - Team very successful in attaining awards never achieved in school history, State meet every year, and first conference wins during tenure.
