Built quality relationships with students and athletes, encouraging educational achievement and post-secondary school attendance.

  • Head Girls basketball coach to over 40 players. Managed, Trained, and supported assistant coaches, trainers, managers, and players for Varsity, JV and Developmental teams in building.
  • Boys track team was very successful, over 100 athletes on team, won 90% of all entered meets.
  • Head High School Cross Country coach - Team very successful in attaining awards never achieved in school history, State meet every year, and first conference wins during tenure.

  • 90% Post Secondary School attendance of high school athletes - Liberal High School experienced almost 15% drop out rate from 9th to 12 grade.
  • High School Head Cross Country coach for 3 years. Teams qualified for Kansas State 5A meet every year while coaching, first ever consecutive trips, and multiple WAC Championships (Western Athletic Conference)
