SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

With over 30 years experience in the automotive repair industry I have participated in all levels of shop operation from owning my own automotive repair business to the lowest position of lube tech. I am completely versed in all phases of shop management from writing estimates to customer service, parts ordering and inventory management.

My main areas of expertize are engine control system diagnoses and repair, electrical troubleshooting and all phases of automotive diesel engine diagnostics and repair. As a current business owner I also understand the value of customer care and retention. Customer care is JOB 1 !

I currently hold 4 ASE certifications A1 engine repair, A4 suspension and steering, A5 brakes, and A8 engine performance. All my certifications are current. I have test A3, A6, and A9 paid for and scheduled for mid April.
