A career in secondary or higher education in Student organizational leadership, Student Affairs, Student Success Programs, Counseling, college instruction and student services to develop young scholars to become future leaders.

My goal for the position is to lead by example, be able to teach a variety of classes in student success courses, to promote diversity, leadership, community outreach, resources for college, understanding human behavior, life lessons and career readiness to make the best decisions for their lives. I will collaborate with departments, report to my supervisors, oversee programs, and work with students in the program in a multicultural setting.
